Calculation of the compressed air consumption with PneumaCalc

PneumaCalc is used to conveniently calculate the total air consumption of machines and systems in which (a particularly large number of) pneumatic cylinders or pneumatic drives are used.

These are clearly displayed in an editable parts list.

Use pneumatic cylinders from the integrated, manufacturer-independent cylinder database for your calculations or create user-defined cylinders if required.

It is also possible to save the project data, process it further or print it out for documentation purposes.

The registered full version of PneumaCalc offers you

• parts list with up to 1000 items, fully editable
• project file (parts list) incl. project description can be saved
• database with many different, manufacturer-independent types of pneumatic cylinders or pneumatic drives
• database for pneumatic cylinders can be updated (manually or automatically)
• tool: determination of the required piston diameter
• tool: check of the buckling load of the piston rod
• tool: unit conversion for pressure

Functional scope of the trial version of PneumaCalc

• same range of functions as in the full version, but only fully usable for 30 days
• parts list with max. 3 items
• no update option for the pneumatic cylinder database
• shareware notes in the user interface and on printouts

You can download and install the free trial version and test it for 30 days with limited functionality. If you want to continue using the software afterwards, you will need a chargeable activation code for each license. This will convert the trial version into a registered full version, a new installation is not necessary.

System requirements: PC with Windows operating system

After downloading, you must unpack the files contained in the zip file (setup.exe / rpc_setup.msi). Start the installation of PneumaCalc by executing (right-click + run as administrator) the setup.exe file.
